In all of our wheelchair vans the wheelchair passenger travels as far towards the front axle of the vehicle as possible. This avoids the scenario, common in taxis, where the wheelchair occupant bounces along over the back axle at the rear of the vehicle. Similarly, we can provide vans with a particular kind of suspension which may make travel more comfortable for you.
Many of our vans have windows which allow wheelchair passengers good views out, eliminating feelings of motion-sickness. We will listen to your experience and, as much as possible, tailor the vehicle to your needs.
