Freedom Mobility client feedback: “We found contacting and booking the hotel/motel directly was much better than going through Travelocity, etc. The larger hotels, like Rydges, have discounts for rewards members. The larger hotels also offer discounts if you book on their web sites and pay up front. We would call first and ask about availability of the accessible room. Then we’d book a standard room on their web site and call the hotel back. They would then switch that reservation to the accessible room. Kind of a pain, as it would be nice to book the accessible room online, but it worked.” – John
