“On arrival to Sudima, the staff met us at the entrance to the carpark, and assisted us by bringing our luggage to our room, and ensuring that all of our needs were met before leaving us to relax. The room we had was an accessible room. The floor was carpeted which made it quite difficult to manoeuvre the hoist. The bed was low to the ground and I was happy I’d thought to pack our bed lifters which then allowed hoist access. The bathroom was a large roll in bathroom this met our needs very well. We were a group of 13, we required a few rooms, and these were large, clean, and comfortable. Oyster Accessible travel had ensured our required shower chair and hoist were in our room on arrival. Note: normally hire of a hoist does not mean sling and pivot, these are added extras” – Helen P
