What if the vehicle provided is unsuitable for me when I arrive?
We make every effort to ensure that the vehicle allocated to you will suit your requirement. For this reason, at the time of booking, we ask a number of questions about your needs. Sometimes we require measurements, wheelchair specifications and other information so we can be totally sure the vehicle will work for you. We pride ourselves on being able to find a travel solution for almost everyone.
However, if you have any queries or concerns at the time you take possession of your vehicle, please let us know – we want your Freedom Mobility experience to be a positive one.
If there is still some doubt that the chosen vehicle will meet your needs, we may choose not to allow the hire to go ahead.
