I just wanted to contact you to thank you for the wonderful service you provided, through ACC, when I fractured my ankle. You supplied me with a wonderful hand-controlled car, delivered and picked up from my door. The man who delivered the car and taught me how to use it was very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. He gave me the confidence I needed to be able to drive the car. Your service was fantastic from start to finish and I really appreciated it. Many thanks again.

Maree’s ‘Dream come true’ was very successful and what an amazing journey it was for all of us.
Thanks to you both for your warm and caring response when I called you to inquire about transport for her and her wheelchair and of course the seamless process from start to end.
Maree’s first holiday in 11 years away from looking at her same four walls as she has MS, consisted of five days staying at the Novotel Tainui Hamilton, meals in the restaurant, coffees out on the balcony (made by her own personal coffee maker) and new friends she will cherish for ever.
We had trips to the Lake and walks along the Waikato River and best of all she loved watching the leaves fall from the trees in the wind and sun shine on her face. Two amazing Room Attendants caring for her every need, treating her to massages and making her laugh till her face hurt with the words ‘WOW’ is all she could say!!
This has been the most rewarding thing my husband and I have done for someone and it sure made us appreciate everything we have in life and just how amazing the word TRUST is when you have no control over your body from your neck down… thank you so much for being part of our journey for Maree she loved the van !!!
