Wellington
New Zealand’s capital city, Wellington, can be found at the bottom of the North Island. The city is compact and has a fun mix of culture, history, nature and cuisine. A great thing to do in Wellington is to explore the waterfront area which is close to Te Papa (Museum of New Zealand) and has an accessible pathway from Oriental Bay to the other end of the city. Another spot worth an explore is Cuba Street which runs through the CBD. It is home to an array of cafes, op-shops, boutique and small fashion stores, art galleries and music shops. Wellington city is a great place to visit for foodies, as well as those interested in art and fashion.
